2006 Stanger Pinot Noir
This Westside Paso Robles Pinot Noir is characterized by aromas of cherry cola, vanilla cookie, and Herbs de Provence. A bright and delicate wine accentuated by flavors of exquisitely ripe raspberries, Asian spices, and nutmeg, yet weighted by deeper, earthier, mushroomy notes. The wine finishes soft and dry in an elegant swirl of balanced acid and tannin.

2005 Stanger Cabernet Sauvignon
A silky and supple wine with concentrated notes of wild berry, raspberry, and currant flavors that are both intense and persistent. The palate is then highlighted by accents of clove, tobacco, and espresso bean. Lavishly oaked and tremendously complex, this estate-grown Cabernet Sauvignon is supported by well-integrated, layered, and polished tannins.

2005 Stanger Syrah
Deep and dark violet in color, a low-yielding, estate-grown wine offering ever-changing blackberry, coffee, plum, licorice, and Christmas spice flavors that finish smooth and dry. The nose is loaded of sweet new French oak cooperage and ultra-ripe fruit flavors. One-hundred percent mountain grown Paso Robles Syrah.

2006 Stanger Tempranillo
Supported by rich, sturdy tannins, this estate-grown Tempranillo shows a firm, dry mouthfeel and intense flavors of ultra-ripe cherry pie filling and candied rhubarb. Both a true expression of Paso Robles, and classical in varietal character, this wine finishes with a seamless hem of toasty oak, caramel, and toffee.

2007 Paso Robles Winery&Vineyards Viognier
A straw-colored white with aromatic notes of fresh-cut melon, honeysuckle blossom, and lemon zest. The wine is loaded with ripe citrus, fig, and tropical fruit flavors supported by both clean minerality and crisp acidity.

2005 Paso Robles Winery&Vineyards Cabernet Sauv.
Dark purple and saturated in color, this full-bodied Cabernet Sauvignon layers the palate with cassis, blackberries, and dried Bing cherries. Notes of leather, hazelnut, and mocha compliment this full-bodied and generously oaked wine.

NV PasoVino port-style wine
Inky and purple in color, this Port-style blend of Syrah and Zinfandel boasts a floral, wonderfully open, and appealing bouquet, backed by layers of seductively ripe fruit and malted cocoa. The finish is deceptively soft and welcoming, yet still shows a great acid backbone and the ability to be cellared for many years.
